I created Private English Classes after repeatedly seeing highly capable professionals become quieter when the conversation switched to English.
In meetings, directors and senior managers with strong ideas would hesitate, simplify their thoughts, or let others speak for them. It was never a lack of intelligence, experience or leadership. It was the pressure of finding the right words quickly enough to sound like themselves.
I realised that traditional English lessons were not solving the real problem. You do not need another grammar exercise when you are preparing to lead an important meeting, make a persuasive case or handle a difficult conversation.
